Setting the right price is critical to getting the most for your
home and selling it quickly. A CMA is agent-speak for a
Competitive Market Analysis. It is a tool that REALTORS® use to
estimate the value of a seller's property.
When prepared carefully
and thoroughly, it is a very useful tool. To be most accurate,
the REALTOR® needs to have seen your home,
previewed the competition (similar homes for sale in the
area), and be familiar with both your neighborhood and
the homes in it that have recently sold.
I put a lot of effort into this process and can give you the facts
and insight to set the right price. After we've listed your home,
I'll keep up with the market and let you know if conditions change.
