Cindy's Selling Tips
Thermal Windows Woes. As thermal windows age, they lose their vacuum seals and condensation forms between the layers of glass. Eventually they become unsightly and sometimes even opaque. Make sure that your front door is at its very best. Paint or refinish it if needed. Make sure all the brass work is polished bright. Fix that broken doorbell! Add a seasonal wreath, if possible. The front door should welcome buyers to your home! Read more at Fixing the Exterior of Your House.
