What's the Right Price?

Setting the right price is critical to getting the most for your home and selling it quickly. A CMA is agent-speak for a Competitive Market Analysis. It is a tool that REALTORS® use to estimate the value of a seller's property.

When prepared carefully and thoroughly, it is a very useful tool. To be most accurate, the REALTOR® needs to have seen your home, previewed the competition (similar homes for sale in the area), and be familiar with both your neighborhood and the homes in it that have recently sold.

I put a lot of effort into this process and can give you the facts and insight to set the right price. After we've listed your home, I'll keep up with the market and let you know if conditions change.

The importance of getting your home ready to sell cannot be overemphasized. When we list your home, it needs to be as good as it can be.

I look at hundreds of homes every year. I see the same mistakes being made over and over. I've introduced buyers to houses that I know meet their needs, only to have them rejected because of errors in presentation that could have easily been corrected.

I can help you avoid these mistakes. And I'll be persistent, because we both want to get your home sold.
