Doing your own searching is wonderful to get an idea of what is available, getting a feel for different areas, and just getting your feet wet.
At a certain point, searching can become a headache. Listings are added and deleted constantly. The details can be confusing, incomplete, or just wrong. All of the information you need is not there.
