Add to your yard's appeal. Vibrancy and color will help with that all-important first impression. If you have no shrubs, or they are sickly, plant some nice sized bushes. Thermal Windows Woes. As thermal windows age, they lose their vacuum seals and condensation forms between the layers of glass. Eventually they become unsightly and sometimes even opaque.
