Regarding updates: we used to see updates at 1:00 AM and 1:00 PM, but now only see the former. Are we down to one per day?
I am Cindy's husband, real estate partner, and webmaster. I'm very happy that you like the site! We love to hear that.
Regarding updates, the site is updated twice a day as you mentioned. The process begins at 1am and 1pm with a download of the newest data and finishes about an hour later when the changed pages are uploaded to the Internet.
However, there was a period of time several weeks ago when I turned off the afternoon update while I was making some changes to the site, but we are back to twice a day. I didn't think anyone would notice!
From time to time the MLS data server has a problem and no update is performed. Happily this is pretty rare, but it did happen this week and you may have noticed that.
FYI............Your site is THE MODEL IMHO for the area.
I have it on my favorites and have been following area
home market for over a year. Many times I find a home
on your site before my own agent finds it. So many other agents
want you to register, GONG!!! I am outta there in one click.
I love the way you group the homes by city and price level, VERY EASY for me to see new stuff as I know every house I have been following for ahwile.
BTW, the Greenbriar info is some of the best pics
and virtual tour I have seen.
